Point of departure to visit the near citties in Venice, Treviso and Padua, the bed and breakfast House Venice, surrounded from the green of the vegetation and to few footsteps from the Villas of the Coast of the Brenta and from the Earth of the Tiepolo. CHouse Venice, with his/her warm and reserved atmosphere, the ideal place for the ideal place for a stay to be spent with the whole family.
It rises between Venice and Padua, in the mean of the Venetian country and a stonesthrow from the historical center of Noale, city medioeval rich in history, art and culture. Splendid the castle, the surrounded building, the doors of the citt, the small cathedral and the buildings medioevali of the center. The B&B Casa Venice is found in the center of the fraction of Moniego of Noale, from 1 km from the railway, and comfortable station to the near services and transports public. A small garden ago from frame to our Bed & Breakfast where the pious children can race and to play under the discreet attentions of whom prefers to relax under a small portico. Always recommended besides a small walk along the banks of the near river and through the connected naturalistic runs.

Nearby attractions and activities:

Riviera of the Brenta
The appearance of aristocratic villas along the course of the Brenta River from Malcontenta to Stra, has been a phenomenon that between 1500 and 1700 has testified Venice’s power and the inclination of its aristocracy to a pompous style of life. Already at the end of the 1400, to have a villa along the river, to enjoy there the beautiful season with friends and relatives or important foreign personalities, was a much sought after status. Famous architects and painters were commissioned to build or decorate the villas, name like Palladio, the Count Frigimelica, Scamozzi, Longhena, Zelotti, Giannantonio Pellegrini, Tiepolo, Guarana, Zais to mention only few of the many that left their expertise in those beautiful constructions. The visual impact of the villas with its sculptured gardens had to be strong; it had to hit the travelers with an overdose of artistic and natural beauties harmoniously blended in the architectonic complex.

Not to be missed along the Riviera of the Brenta: Villa Pisani, Villa Foscari, Villa Sagredo, the Park of Villa Belvedere.

VENICE

Sestiere of San Marco
If the Sestiere of San Marco is the heart of Venice, Saint Mark Square is its throbbing centre. Defined by many "the most beautiful drawing-room in the world", this square has always been the center of Venetian life, with its famous cafes that cheer the atmosphere with their music. Saint Mark Square is an extraordinary patchwork of styles that lives in perfect harmony and has over the centuries become a unicum.

Not to be missed in San Marco: the Doge’s Palace, the Basilica of Saint Mark, San Mark Square, the Clock Tower, the Archaeological Museum, the Fenice theatre.

Sestiere of Castello
The Sestiere of Castello was one of the first inhabited areas of the city (V-VI century). Castello takes its name from the castle that was build with the primary scope of defending the city from attacks coming from the sea. Castello hosts the Venetian Arsenal, been for centuries the biggest in the world.

Not to be missed in Castello: the Cathedral of Saint Peter, the Ancient Arsenal, the Church of San Francesco della Vigna, the Historical Naval Museum, the Church of Saint Giovanni in Bragora, the Church of the Visitazione, the School and Church of Saint George of the Greeks, the Church of Saint Zaccaria, the Church of Saint Maria Formosa, the Querini Stampalia Palace, the Basilica di San Giovanni e Paolo.

Sestiere of Cannaregio
The name that baptises this Sestiere might derive from Canal Regio, “Main Canal” for it was the main water way from Venice island to the mainland or more likely for the vast areas covered with canes “Canneti”. The Santa Lucia railway station, built where once stood the Church of Santa Lucia destroyed under Napoleonic laws is at civic number 1.

Not to be missed in Cannaregio: the Church of Saint Maria of Nazareth, the Campo and Church of Saint Geremia, the Labia Palace, the Church of Saint Giobbe, the Jewish Ghetto, the Fondamenta degli Ormesini and the Mastelli Palace, the Church of the Madonna dell’Orto, the Palace Vendramin Calergi, the Ca' d' Oro, the Oratorio dei Crociferi, the Church of Saint Maria of the Miracles.

Sestiere of San Polo
The Sestiere of San Polo is the smallest one in Venice. The main characteristic of this sestiere is the sought after vicinity of the house from one’s working place. In San Polo is probably where, more than in any other sestieri in Venice, one good and ancient habit has survived over the centuries: the almost vocational habit of eating well. The taste for good food is diffused and honored, even in its simpler and more popular expressions. It is here that many taverns and “bacari” are filled with lively people at every hours of the day where one can taste typical dishes of the Venetian food culture called “cicheti”.

Not to be missed in San Polo: Rialto Bridge, the Palace of the Camerlenghi, Church of S.Giacometto, the New Church of S.Aponal, Church of S.Cassiano, Campo San Polo, Goldoni’s House, Basilica of the Frari, School and church of Saint Rocco, School of S.Giovanni Evangelista.

Sestiere of Santa Croce
The Sestiere di Santa Croce is found in the north east part of the city and via Piazzale Roma connects Venice to the Mainland. Over the years this area of Venice has undergone many transformations started in 1810 with the demolition of the Church and the monastery that gave name to the area.

The green centre of the sestiere is the Papadopoli Gardens built to resemble English parks. They were planned by Bagnara and today are open to the public.

Not to be missed in Santa Croce: The Church of Saint NicolÚ dei Tolentini, the Church of S.Simeone piccolo and San Simeone Grande, Campo San Zandegol‡, the Fondaco of the Turks, the Church of S.Giacomo dell’Orio, Mocenigo Palace, the Church of S.Stae, Ca' Pesaro, the Church of S.Maria Mater Dominis, the Corner Palace.

Sestiere of Dorsoduro
The sestiere of Dorsoduro is in the southern part of the city. It starts from the far end of the building of the Customs, which pierce the basin of Saint Mark like the prow of a boat. The Customs of the republic was built in the XVII century and it is a series of warehouses attached to one another behind the facade. The building of the Customs ends with a square tower, above which bronze statues hold the golden ball where the statue of Fortune, by Bernardo Falcon, rests. From the tower with the Fortune it is possible to walk all along the old banks called Zattere as far as Santa Marta. Built in 1516, the Zattere where used to unload the wood sailing down from the Cadore in barges.

Not to be missed in Dorsoduro: the Church of the Gesuati, the Church of Saint Trovaso, Squero San Trovaso, the Church of S. Sebastiano, the Church of the Angel Raffaele, the Church of Saint NicolÚ, Zenobio Palace, School of the Carmini, Campo Santa Margherita, Ca' Rezzonico, Campo San Barnaba and the Bridge of Fists.
