La Mimosa is a modern small building located at Provaglio d’Iseo (Franciacorta area), a nice village surrounded by morainic hills and green vineyards. Lake Iseo is only 5 km far, and Brescia is about 20 km away.

The apartment (50 sqm) has a living room with a full equipped kitchen corner and a dining area, sitting room with sofa bed for two, a double bedroom, a large and nice bathroom with shower box.
The furnishing is a pleasant mixture of modern and antique furniture. Garden.

At Ome village there is the old, but still working, Averoldi hammer and the Franciacorta spa, that utilizes the hot water of the “Fonte del Maglio” (hammer spring) since 1886.
