La Mimosa is a modern small building located at Provaglio d’Iseo (Franciacorta area),a nice village surrounded by morainic hills and green vineyards. Iseo is only 7 km far, and Brescia is about 20 km away. The apartment (50 sqm) has a living room with a full equipped kitchen corner and a dining area, a double bedroom with space for a spare bed, a large and nice bathroom.

The furnishing is a pleasant mixture of modern and antique furniture. The apartment has got an independent entrance and a private parking.

At Ome village there is the old, but still working, Averoldi hammer and the Franciacorta spa, that utilizes the hot water of the “Fonte del Maglio” (hammer spring) since 1886.

For the shopping lovers, the Franciacorta outlet village and the Porte Franche commercial centre is just few minutes away.

BRESCIA, Bergamo and the Valcamonica ski resort are easily reachable.
