A lovely and completely renovated flat to let in Rome, made up of three comfortable rooms. It's located in Remo Pannain Street, right next the Ergife Hotel, near the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Equipped with lift, the flat is situated on the top floor of a building enclosed by a large private garden. It's composed of a small dining-room, a kitcken with all the utensils, a corridor and three independent double bedrooms (it's possible to add a third bed). Each bedroom has its own independent entrance and is equipped with air conditioning, TV, balcony and private bathroom.
All the bathrooms are fitted with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
Car parking included.
Keys of the flat will be given at guest's arrival.
The underground line A - Cornelia station - is very near the B&B and easily gets to the main places of the city:
• Piazza di Spagna
• San Pietro/Musei Vaticani
• Castel Sant'Angelo
• Via Veneto
There are bus lines too that link up with the rest of the city. The bus stop is about 15 mt. from the B&B.

Directions:

From Termini station to the B&B:

Take the underground line A direction "Battistini" - get off at Cornelia stop - right at the exit take the bus n. 246 or 247 and get off at Aurekia/Pironti stop (it's the fourth stop) that is just in front of Via Remo Pannain. We are at number 36.

From Fiumicino Airport:
- take the local train for Termini Station and than follow the above-mentioned informations;
or
- take the Terravision shuttle (9,00 euro) that directly get 100 m. far from the flat (www.terravision.it);
or
- we can arrenge your conveyance from tha airport to the flat (total fee-until 3 passengers-: 40,00 euro)
