"Granny's Den Nonna Delisca" is in the complex of Colle Moro Resort, wich consists of three villas surrounded by luxuriant gardens with rich variety of vegetation and the scent of flowers in every season. Farmland surrounds the villas and includes 6 hectares of olive grove, providing privacy and peace for your stay during holidays, parties and business meetings.

"Nonna Delisca" is a 64 sq.metres apartment, sleeps 4. It is at ground level on the east wing of "Villa I Tre Ciliegi", has an independent entrance. It is a three rooms flat, each room opens on the terrace and garden. In the living room there is a fireplace and a double sofa-bed, the kitchen-dining room is furnished with stove oven fridge and dish-washer,the double-bedroom has a bath-room en suite. Washing machine for common use in the building. The apartment is very quiet and away from all the noise.

The beauty of the Adriatic sandy beaches is well known worldwide.
Maybe less known are the three large National Parks, the Regional Park and the 37 Natural Reserves, that are all within reach with a maximum of one hour car drive. Abruzzo offer the visitor wild and virgin landscapes, with awesome views unique in the world. Discontinued development in the region is the reason for keeping traditions of ancient origin, still alive today with the same genuineness and participation of old times.

Colle Moro is easy to reach, we are 2 Km. from Pescara Nord exit on the A14 Bologna-Bari speedway, 10 minutes from the north exit of Pescara ring road, 20 minutes from Abruzzo Airport and Pescara Central Railway Station. This is the perfect place to organize your holyday in Abruzzo, gatherings or business meetings.

People driving on the A14 speedway should use the Pescara Nord exit to reach us. If you drive from Pescara, reach the speedway exit.

People arriving by airplain can use our pick-up service; if they rent a car at the airport for theyr holidays they shold follow the green coloured signs for the A14 speedway, direction Ancona and Bologna, then use the Pescara Nord-Città Sant'Angelo exit.

Informations about the rates:

The apartment is rent at a variable price from a minimum of € 300,00 per week in low season to a maximum of € 520,00 per week in very high season.

Rates include clean sheets and towels every week, electricity, gas and water consumpion, as well as wood for the fireplace, final cleaning.

Informations about the meals/restaurants:

Breakfast and/or dinner are provided by Colle Moro Resort as an extra if booked; there are also many tipical restaurants and taverns nearby that offer good regional dishes at reasonable prices. Some of them can be reached walking at short distace.
