B&B Villa Maria is inside COLLE MORO RESORT property. It is set on one of the slopes of the hills descending from Città Sant’Angelo to the Adriatic Sea.
Two minutes from the motorway exit, 10 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the city centre and less than one hour from the four great Natural Parks of Abruzzo, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the Riviera’s sandy beaches without sharing overcrowded summer resorts, to enjoy the clubs and nightlife without enduring the daytime noise, and to admire the wild beauty of Abruzzo Mountains without being isolated.
Colle Moro Resort consists of three villas surrounded by luxuriant gardens, amazing for the rich variety of vegetation and the scent of flowers in every season. 6 hectares of farmland surrounds the villas with olive grove, fruit trees and woods, providing privacy and peace for guest's stay during holidays, parties and business meetings.
In Villa Maria the pleasure of hospitality can make you feel at home in our home. In our rooms you will experience the family atmosphere of a lived in house: books on shelves, photographs albums, armchairs by the fireplace, the CD collection, the library with its precious volumes... the difference between a home and an hotel.

The beauty of the Adriatic sandy beaches is well known worldwide.
Maybe less known are the three large National Parks, the Regional Park and the 37 Natural Reserves, that are all within reach with a maximum of one hour car drive. Abruzzo offer the visitor wild and virgin landscapes, with awesome views unique in the world. Discontinued development in the region is the reason for keeping traditions of ancient origin, still alive today with the same genuineness and participation of old times.

B&B Villa Maria is located along the road that from the exit "Pescara Nord-Città Sant'Angelo" of the A14 Bologna-Bari Adriatic speedway leads to the village of Città Sant’Angelo.
The "Aeroporto d'Abruzzo" (Pescara airport) is well linked to the speedway, and this makes the drive very fast for those guest who arrive by airplane and rent a car there.
We offer a free pick-up service from and to the airport and the station.

High Season (from 12/07 to 31/08): € 80,00 per doublen room per night.
Baby's bed (cm 120) € 15,00 per night.

Our breakfast is very rich, just to give our guests a good start for the day. It is based on fresh home made products and fruit from our gardens; it normally includes tea and coffee, milk, a choice of yogurts, some home made cakes, bisquits, corn flakes, bread -plain and tosted-, butter, a choice of home made marmelades and jams, fresh fruit, fresh and canned fruit juice.....
It is possible to have evening meals on request.
